It’s nearly hard to believe it’s already here, but the season two finale of Cruel Summer has arrived!
This season took on a whole new storyline set in the waterfront town of Chatham, Washington., centered around Y2K.
Continuing the theme of three different timelines, season two tracked the early friendship between Megan, Isabella and Megan’s best friend Luke, the love triangle that blossomed, and the mystery that would impact all of their lives going forward.

Lexi Underwood, Griffin Gluck and Sadie Stanley snap a group photo while attending the black carpet premiere for season two of Cruel Summer held at Grace E. Simons Lodge on Wednesday (May 31) in Los Angeles.
The trio star in the upcoming new season of the hit Freeform anthology series, alongside an all new cast.
Also stepping out were their co-stars Lisa Yamada, Sean Blakemore, KaDee Strickland, Nile Bullock, Braeden De La Garza and Tedra Rogers, as well as executive producers Jessica Biel, Michelle Purple and Bill Purple.
Jalon Christian, KaDee‘s husband/Supergirl actor Jason Behr and Jessica‘s former 7th Heaven co-star Beverly Mitchell all showed their support at the event.
Cruel Summer season two is just days away and is set in an idyllic waterfront town in the Pacific Northwest, following the rise and fall of an intense teenage friendship.
Here’s a synopsis: Approaching the story from three different timelines surrounding Y2K, the season twists and turns as it tracks the early friendship between Megan, Isabella and Megan’s best friend Luke, the love triangle that blossomed, and the mystery that would impact all of their lives going forward.

The on-screen mother and daughter duo were joined by their co-stars Rome Flynn and Omari Hardwicke, as well as director Anton Cropper.

Fantasy Football focuses on Callie A. Coleman (Martin) discovers she can magically control her father, Bobby’s (Hardwick) performance on the football field. When Callie plays as her dad, a running back for the Atlanta Falcons, in EA SPORTS Madden NFL 23, Bobby is transformed from a fumblitis-plagued journeyman to a star running back bound for superstardom alongside his daughter and wife Keisha (Rowland).
With the NFL Playoffs looming and the pressures of Callie’s new commitment to her friends on the robotics team mounting, the two must forge ahead to keep the magic a secret as they juggle the highs and lows of their newfound success, all as they rediscover what it really means to be a family.

Braeden De La Garza is starring in the new Disney+ immersive, fantasy competition series The Quest!
The actor portrays Prince Emmett in the new show, which sees eight real-life teenagers (Paladins) being dropped into the fantastic, fictional world of Everealm, where they must save a Kingdom by fulfilling an ancient prophecy.
Prince Emmett is described as “wise beyond his years and brainy, with a streak of arrogance, Prince Emmett hungers for knowledge, particularly magical knowledge. He frequents the royal library, devouring books and ancient scrolls.
Emmett is often criticized for being too reserved for his own good (and for that of the kingdom). But those who know him understand that Prince Emmett operates by a different set of values.
He believes that a wise man is a well-educated man. And though Prince Emmett is less impulsive than his sister, his convictions are unwavering — and sometimes wrong — when he arrives at a decision.”
