The trio star in the upcoming new season of the hit Freeform anthology series, alongside an all new cast.

Also stepping out were their co-stars Lisa Yamada, Sean Blakemore, KaDee Strickland, Nile Bullock, Braeden De La Garza and Tedra Rogers, as well as executive producers Jessica Biel, Michelle Purple and Bill Purple.

Jalon Christian, KaDee‘s husband/Supergirl actor Jason Behr and Jessica‘s former 7th Heaven co-star Beverly Mitchell all showed their support at the event.

Cruel Summer season two is just days away and is set in an idyllic waterfront town in the Pacific Northwest, following the rise and fall of an intense teenage friendship.

Here’s a synopsis: Approaching the story from three different timelines surrounding Y2K, the season twists and turns as it tracks the early friendship between Megan, Isabella and Megan’s best friend Luke, the love triangle that blossomed, and the mystery that would impact all of their lives going forward.

The anticipation for the long-awaited second season of Cruel Summer is at quite a high!

Freeform finally revealed the premiere date in mid-April, followed by the first teaser less than two weeks later, and finally the full trailer earlier this month.

As fans have been anxiously waiting for the second season, they have been devouring the trailer since it’s release on May 8th, and have been watching it in record numbers!

So many of the industry’s brightest young stars attended the ELLE Hollywood Rising Stars 2023 at The Georgian Hotel on Thursday night (May 11) in Santa Monica, Calif.

The likes of Skai Jackson, Storm Reid, Maddie Ziegler and Jalyn Hall made it out to the event, which was presented by Polo Ralph Lauren. They all delivered chic looks on the red carpet.

Cruel Summer season two is on it’s way!

The Freeform anthology series was renewed for a second season nearly two years ago, and last year, it was revealed that it would feature a new storyline and entirely new cast.

Filming on the new season wrapped in the fall of 2022, and it will take place across the years 1999, 2000 and 2001, set in an idyllic waterfront town in the Pacific Northwest.

Following the rise and fall of a an intense teenage friendship, the new episodes twist and turns as it tracks the early friendship between Megan, Isabella and Megan’s best friend Luke, the love triangle that blossomed, and the mystery that would impact all of their lives going forward.

The first teaser of Cruel Summer season two is airing on Freeform this week and stars Lexi Underwood and Sadie Stanley have both just shared it online!

The Sneakerella and the Goldbergs actresses are among the new cast of the second season, which premieres this summer.

“We have to get our stories straight 🤫,” Lexi captioned the clip.

“People are gonna start asking questions…” Sadie wrote with the clip on her account.

Sadie Stanley dons a blue and purple dress while attending a special premiere screening of her new movie Somewhere in Queens held at Metrograph Theater on Monday (April 17) in New York City.

The 21-year-old The Goldbergs actress also posed with her on-screen love interest Jacob Ward at the event.

The pair were also joined by their co-stars Ray Romano and Laurie Metcalf, who play Jacob‘s parents, Jennifer Esposito, Tony Lo Bianco, Dierdre Friel and Jon Manfrellotti.

Ray also co-wrote and directed the upcoming movie, which hits theaters THIS Friday (April 21).
